Different server status

Solution

Online - Your server is online and you should be able to connect

Offline - Your server is offline, you can start it from the control panel

Offline(Node is down) - The node your server is hosted at is offline, we have already been notified and are looking into this, you do not need to open a support ticket about this. (Expected time to fix: 1-24h to fix)

Maintenance - Your node is under maintenance, look at our social media pages for a timeframe.
